Processing Time All Floraset nail sets are handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–21 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment, depending on current demand. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery timeframes vary by carrier and destination once the order has left our hands.

Domestic Shipping (US) We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages Floraset is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Floraset is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
